I took my car to this shop I had an accident on the passenger side from the rear to the front. Maggie had one crew to give me a quote.

He states it would cost $1,500 included labor, parts, and paint for the entire passenger side of the car. I purchase the two doors, front side fender panel, and the turning signal. I told Maggie I''' call her when I purchased all the parts and have my money. I received a call from Dwayne the manger, telling me the quote should be higher.

He goes on into detail the quality and experience of his and the crew's work, refurbishing old cars and race cars. I said that's all I can afford, so I'll go elsewhere. He retracts his statement and agreed to the price. I asked if it's going to change the quality of the paint if it's going to fade or peel.

He guarantees the paint not to fade or peel. I received a call they found two doors, I had purchased the other parts. I paid $300 cash for the doors, so they can start work on my car.

I received a call to pick up my car it looked great until the first wash, I notice the door was two colors, the small window rubber not on right and protective strip not on the door. I had Maggie to take pictures, Dwayne called saying he would take care of issues.

I call for two months nothing. I told them I'm going to report this, he decided to refund $650. The second wash the door handle inside and rubber lining not attached and a half inch gap around the headlight than the other side.

I called and mailed this information to be corrected. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
