why abound take long time wait For send money in India.we need to send money to quickly. But abound take longer wait.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. INR from USD exchange transferred money got deposited to my account

No proper customer service and the promises given regarding the transfer were not kept on the no of days . They specified 4-6 business days however it took around 17 days for the process.

Even if we assume the number of business days it would be around 12. The status was showing up delivered on the app for 4 days however the amount was not credited to my account. No proper update from anyone on the cart. The app remittance support also stopped responding and it was disabled on the app due to the follow up.

I had seen the deposit only after I made a call through pissed customer. Thanks a lot.

Initiated a transfer on the 6th; however, it started on the 7th of April. I was told 4-6 days from the day of initiation, and today is the 22nd.

I have not received the money until today, and there has been no proper response from customer service as well.

No proper customer service number to contact them directly to check. Really pissed.

My Amount not credited to the account in INDIA

Looking at the TOI brand I did the transaction - But it was biggest mistake.

I have transferred the amount on May 19th

- It was mentioned that the amount will be deposited with in 8-10 business days

- Status of the transaction showed delivered on 10th day.

- But the amount was not deposited. Later the status still showing as "Pending".

- When I tried to contact the support team over BOT " Due to high Chat volume - will respond in 24 hrs." message pops out.

- Still struggling to get the solution.

Poor customer service

I transferred money to India from the USA. They took money from my account but it never reached my account in India.

Now every day I am trying to reach out to them but all I get is a bot response and no live person.

At this point, I don't even know if I'll ever get this taken care of. The only reason I decided to send money using their services is that they are affiliated with The Times of India.

Hi, I have initiated a transfer of 3450$ to India on April 30th, 2025. Today the date is May 16th and the process is still pending.

If you are not able to make a transfer, please refund my money. Please reach out to me as soon as possible.

I reached for customer support and there is no proper response.

Please initiate a refund to my account. And the customer care numbers are not reachable.
