No salary.
They are giving minimum three company to handle each employee, End to end accounting, finance, statutory compliances and reporting that has to be completed in time bound manner which is highly impossible. By putting so much mental pressure and threat to employees they getting the work.
If the work is not completed within the time they will use too much *** words on employees and they will also hit the expatriate They will not pay the salary properly and suppose if you resign they will not pay salary at all and still they will not allow you to go back to home. There is no holiday no leave we have to work all the 7 days for a minimum 14 hour a day.
Even after completing the contract also they will not pay full salary, they will send you by deducting most of hard earned money. There are many incidents are there relating to they are putting in jail of employees those who contacted the HCINo Sa

Abood Group of Companies in Tanzania - Harassment Physically and Mentally
Dear Indians, I was working in with Abood Bus Services Ltd (Abood Group of Companies) , This company is mainly in logistic and passenger transportation. I have following worst experience from this company.
1. They are holding the Passport. 2. They never giving salary on time and hold 3 months salary.
3. No leave and long working hours. 4. No medical facility and never allow to rest if you sick.
5. Poor Accommodation 6. No leave salary 7. Never give you full and final settlement and hold salary of 3 month if your going to India without any reason.
They are doing as intentionally 8. They torture physically and mentally. 9. Threatening that they will send to jail (One of the director is Member of Parliament (Mr Aziz Abood) with this power he threaten me 3 times and others Indian every time) 10.
They never apply for the work visa, due to this we will have problem for getting other job in other countries. Because our passport showing the illegal stay in this country. Dear Fellow Indians, Please never join following companies. 1.

My experience with Abood Group in Tanzania
All the allegations are true i seen even beating the expatriate, salary also pending since 7 to 8 months, no humanity in the company third class management.

its true abood group is not good people, i was was working there and i have officer, i see in my two eye that they shout their driver and other staff, and beside if the driver come with loss from trip, they taking to jail, if they promise to pay, they don't listen, abood group they don't give there staff and driver annual live and they force to sell that annual live, if you will force to go annual live when you come back, your fire, i was officer there but i run a way after i see shouting too many and my boss run a way, and other staff run a way, every one employ there are not take less than a time, he run a way, they treat there stuff like animal

You are right my friend. I was working there for 1 year and had same experience with Abood Group directors.
They are really BAD people ever seen my life. Will harass you, will give you jail threat, bad behaviour, not paying salaries, late night work, finding fault with all issues, not paying you final settlement, hand over harassment etc all possible means of *** ............. Plz don't go even if you are offered 100 times more salaries.
You will repent if you go there without listing to us. Your well wisher..................

Dont come to Abood Group of companies for Job in Morogoro, Tanzania. They will hold your passport, make your life spoil, If you have any emergency in India they will not give you leave.One of employee's father died.
They not give him leave, They give him leave after 4 months.
Even they will not give you leave after finish your contruct.
They will tel you When your replesment will come then you can go. But now a days no one are ready to come here.

This company is Blacklisted in India. Few Placement Consultants are Helping Them for Money. So many complaints are registered against Abood Group. Main complaints are : 1.
There is no fixd time for Salary. 2 . Holding Passport. 3.
No Leave. 4. No Medical. 5.
Poor Acomodition 6. Less Local Allouance---
