It's not a problem. I signed up for a trail of the above. Unfortunately at the time when I should have advised if I was going to continue with the program, my son took his own life, and I was going through an horrendous time emotionally. I completely forgot to cancel....

I would like the Company to either refund the money they've deducted from my Bank already or simply cancel the program for me as I don't use it and I have explained my reasons above...

While abode security may have many good features Customer services is not one of them First I was rescheduled 5 times before abode could be connected After the 4th cancellation I requested refund and shipping label (this was the 30 day I was given a ticket number and new appointment I was assured that I could still return the day of the install I requested that day, to return 2 cameras Now even though I had been approved prior it took over 10 days of phone calls and email to get the return label The item was returned/received back the 6th of this month Now they do not know how to do a refund I keep getting emails that they are escalating this issue and again sorry for any inconvenience Still no date of when refund will be issued So I called this evening Email response As discussed on call, the case is escalated to our concerned team and it will be resolve at the earliest.
