Ridiculous Fees
Parked at Regal Cinemas in Wicker Park Chicago and received a $240 violation fee for not seeing the signage to pay as park. There is no longer a ticketing service/gate. This is absurd
Absurd parking fee!
How can a parking facility for the general public, charge $ 40 for 1 hour? This is not a parking rate but a big fat parking citation!
10861 Weyburn Avenue, Los Angeles, be aware!
Shocked
- - I went downtown for Cleveland marathon; no one was collecting money, and I received a $75 bill in the mail that threatens my credit if I don't pay.
I came downtown to run the full Cleveland marathon and when I pulled in to the lot there was nobody collecting money. I figured since its Sunday must be free.
I hardly ever go downtown so I was a little naive apparently as I received a $75 dollar bill in the mail.
I must be behind the times because this caught me completely off gaurd and now my credit is being threatened if I dont pay. I would have definitely paid if I knew but now feeling scammed.
User's recommendation: Be very careful there is no free parking

- - Paid to park, then cited 40 minutes later.
- - Disputed ticket instructions; later emails say resolved, then demand payment and reimbursement.
Paid to park, 40 minutes later I receive a citation. Dispute the citation in accordance to the instructions printed on the back of the ticket.
Receive an email days later saying it was resolved. 3 weeks later, I receive an email stating that I need to pay the ticket and seek reimbursement from the company that I paid to park with as they can't get ahold of anyone at ABM to officially resolve it. The amount has now more than doubled. I refuse to pay as I have the screenshot of the app proving I paid well before the citation was created.
I also do not trust that if I paid to resolve it, that I would be reimbursed.
Parking scam at it's finest here. Avoid them at all costs!
- Will charge you to park
- Then issue a citation that cant be resolved
Preferred solution: Dispute resolved
Compliant about the premium parking
- - EWRA442844 confirms premium parking reservation.
- - It took an hour to reach the car and charged us for an extra hour; refund requested.
Hi i purchased the premium parking reservation, my confirmation is EWRA442844 and its really terrible what happened to us. we specificly paid an expensive parking price to be able to just walk out and drive home, but to our surprize it took us an hour to get to our car and we were still charged an hour more on our way out.
This is crazy.
Please kindly refund me the money we paid. thank you.
Bad place to leave your car
- - Car vandalized at ABM long-term parking, Omaha airport; no security cameras.
- - Staff refused questions; BBB complaint led to a manager call.
We were away for a two week vacation and when we returned to pick up our car from the long term parking (ABM) at the Omaha airport it had been vandalized. Here is why it is a bad idea to use this service:
They have no security cameras on there lot.
They have no security - they rely on airport security for all incidents, reporting, etc.
Parking lot attendant could not (or would not) answer any of the above questions.
They have no number listed except the booth for checking out of the lot. The employees who man the booth are trained in the fine art of avoiding answering questions and how to win the prize for rude - no sympathy - "we are not responsible for damage" - just pay your fee. The only way I was able to get a manager to call me is to file a complaint with BBB.
- Security
Preferred solution: Full refund

The information posted by this author is incorrect, with the timeframes being exaggerated turning days into weeks. Looks like your situation was really resolved with 72 hours, but then again that is not a story.
How would you know the time/date stamps? You haven't seen the emails to make that assumption.
It absolutely took weeks to resolve. If it had been 72 it wouldn't have been nearly as frustrating and probably wouldn't have led me to leave the review to warn others.
