I ordered some security luggage straps from Able Labels but they do not lock

We ordered and received 6 Standard Luggage Straps from the Able Label Christmas 2013 catalogue, but we have discovered that these do not lock. All the previous ones we have ordered have had a twist locking action on the buckle. These were ordered for Christmas presents for our three children as we have been so pleased with our straps, knowing that they provide an added level of security when travelling. Our youngest son has just arrived back from holiday and has informed us about the problem and I telephoned to complain. The member of staff informed me that the buckle manufacturer no longer supplied the lockable style so they could not replace them. I therefore asked for a refund which she totally refused and said that it did not state in the catalogue that they were lockable. I pointed out to her that it does state in the catalogue that the straps have “a twist action security buckle”, which she said was the buckle clicking together. I then pointed out to her that there is no twist action to clicking the buckle together and it does not give any additional security, therefore the description in the catalogue is incorrect and misleading and I further insisted on a refund. She told me that they would get the wording changed in the catalogue and she would have to speak to her manager and would ring me back the following day on the number which I have telephoned her on. She has not telephoned me back and I have since emailed Able Labels about the problem but they have totally ingnored my emails
