Don't do business with this company? Please anyone reading this...

Don't do business with this customer! We have never done business with someone so deceitful, unappreciative, disrespectful and a liar. Our company spent numerous hours providing this customer with multiple house visits, estimates, revised estimates, change orders, phone conversations and many kitchen designs all of which we have provided the Consumer Protection Agencies and the BB&B with a detailed log of events with supporting documents to show that Mr. Tabatabaie lies and exaggerates to substantiate his claim.

The only comment he is right about is giving us the deposit, which he is well aware, was used to buy the Patio Door, Tigerwood Decking, Deck Framing Lumber and other construction materials such as Lumber for Door Frame, Insulation, Sheetrock, Joint Compound, etc. The Demo, reconstruction of the wall where the Patio Door was to be installed, Installation of the Patio Door, Insulation, Sheetrock, Joint Compound, Electrical was completed. The only things left to do was install the Door Handle, which we explained that for safety reasons, we did not want to put on until the Platform and Steps were done, the Interior Molding and the outside Siding (only about 20 sq. ft) which we also explained should be done after the Platform was done first...

all of which was only a couple hours work for one guy to complete. When we came to install the Patio Door, Mr. Tabatabaie asked us to review the Patio because he wanted to add an additional area with pavers. We sent him an Estimate for the additional work and he gave us the go-ahead.

We sent him an email requesting the second payment of the original agreement, which he was aware, was for the start of the patio, plus a deposit for the additional work. He said "Ok" and we would have the money first thing in the morning. So we went ahead and had a container delivered to his house @ 7am the next morning. When Mr.

Tabatabaie was approached to collect the payment, he refused to pay and making comments suggesting that we were stealing his money. Although we were shocked, we were not surprised. At this point we were done extending ourselves and tolerating his comments and games. Needless to say, we called the container company immediately to pick up the container the same day, which we paid a fee and ended the project.

Mr. Tabatabaie claims he could not reach us to request for a refund, which is also a lie. He had access to reach us via email or our office land line which he never utilized. The mess he refers to is also a lie.

Maintaining a clean work area, inside and outside, is one of our highest priorities. We did leave some pieces of Siding which was piled neatly and potentially going to be reused to finish the Siding. We should note that after reviewing the details and documentation we provided, our attorney suggested we take Mr. Tabatabaie to small claims court since he is obviously in Breach of an Agreement and our documentation clearly shows we did nothing wrong.

However, we did offer Mr. Tabatabaie an opportunity to pick up the decking material he paid for but, to this day, he has not, so the matter is still pending.

We do not recognize this customer. We do not and would never operate a business in such a manner. There are other Able Construction companies which we believe she has mistaken us for.
