I hope my email finds you well. I am writing to request you for full refund.
I did sign up for trail paid 50p but then when I tried to cancel it.
The website was down. I dont know why that has happened but as much as I tried to get my trail cancelled every time it showed the website is down.
In the morning I saw an online renewal of £26.49 which i wanted to cancel before hand.
Please I require you to fully refund me as its not my fault if your website is down.

On October 27th, I had a transaction of $0.50, and on November 3rd, I had a transaction of $35. Now, both of these transactions were unauthorized.
Also, my card was locked, so I do not understand how you were able to take this payment without it being unlocked. I have my billing ID, which is B76A-9923-8RR0-156-324. If you could please assist with this issue and refund my money, I would appreciate it.

The company was to deduct R8.91 from my credit card. They deducted R633.00, an amount that I cannot afford being a pensioner.
Have more transparency with their costs. May Credit Card is now in arrears and food that I need to purchase cannot now be bought, as they deducted too much money.

On July 12 I signed up for your weight loss program the same you guys took $20 from my account on July 19 the sum of $79 came out from my account again July 22 $299 came out again but I still haven't received any product. That is $398 all together.
I haven't got a email or call to confirm my order I don't even know what I am getting.
I end up starting a program with my doctor for the same medication for less money. So this is why I need a full refund of my money.
