I placed an order on 11/30/15 and after about a week was concerned because I hadn't received a shipping notice. I logged in to find out EVERYTHING I ordered was on back order. It was scheduled to ship out on 12/8 so I let it go. After it was shipped, I still didn't receive tracking info. Once I inquired about the status I learned it was sitting at a FedEx hub for almost a week. They stated they couldn't consider it lost until 12/22 which allowed no time to get it replaced for Christmas. Finally, the package was found, shipped from Ohio to USPS in Pennsylvania to turn around and be sent back to Ohio. Once I got it, I was missing an item and received an item with a stain. I spoke with a CSR nd she found an alternate item she could ship but then was told they wouldn't be shipping it to me and they had to escalate my issues in order to even get a refund. Now I get to travel over an hour to get my one item exchanged and would like to know why I was charged for something never sent. I will NEVER order from there again!
