Trip cancelled due to unrest in Israeil

Dear Sir or Madam: we booked a trip through our travel agent who subcontracted part of our trip to A&K. We have used A&K for world travel for more than 20 years.

unfortunately, our trip could not happen because of the events of October 7th. Our air carrier proactively cancelled our flights out of Tel-Aviv - so no trip. All of our other travel partners including Oberoi returned our deposits in full. We intend to rebook our trips with travel partners like that.

A&K only refunded 50% of our deposits. upon further reflection, I am displeased with that decision and am asking (nicely) to have the remaining 50% of our deposit refunded. The retained amount by A&K is a bit over 10,000 UDS.

-Our travel agency is out of Sarasota Florida.

I would appreciate any consideration you can supply. respectfully submitted
