Horrible for bunions, horrible for foot pain, horrible for price, seams in the wrong places, narrow toes box, uncomfortable after stretching the shoes professionally, DO NOT BUY!!

I ordered a pair of sandals from ABEO's website. I was surprised because ABEO used to be the house brand for The Walking Company shoe stores that, I believe, went out of business several years ago.
I guess ABEO decided just to sell online. Anyway, I was not impressed with the shoes - they didn't fit and the quality just wan't what I expected for the price paid. I initiated a RMA online according the ABEO's instructions and the shoes were promptly returned using the prepaid FedEx shipping label that was emailed to me from ABEO. Because I had a FedEx tracking number, I was able to tell exactly when the shoes were returned back to them.
After about three weeks of no refund on my order, I contacted ABEO customer service. I received a prompt email telling me that my return had been received and that the refund was being processed. After several more weeks of not receiving the refund for my return, I decided to initiate a dispute with the bank of the credit card I used to pay for my order. I've received a provisional credit from the bank since my transaction is in dispute but ABEO still hasn't issued a refund and it's been at least 6 weeks since they received my return.
Horrible, horrible company to do business with. It's truly not worth it to order from this company and, if this is the way they do business, they probably won't be in business very much longer.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally found the boots that I returned and gave me the full refund.The company is still terrible at managing returns and crediting people back in a timely fashion.
Every single time I had to call in to get my returns credited back to my credit card after over a month of waiting. YOU MUST SAVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER FROM DROPPING OFF OR THEY WILL SAY THEY NEVER GOT YOUR RETURN. Like most companies now their call center is not in the United States and the wait time is around 30 to 40 minutes. At least the customer service call rep speaks decent English.
I see some of their shoes are now being sold on Amazon. I would order their product again, but not directly from their website or Walking Co.
They are owned by the same people and the customer service is the same. Horrible!!!

I went to The Walking Company, who highly recommended Abeo brand athletic shoes for walking and good support (made by The Walking Company). I purchased the athletic shoes and found the immediately broke down in our garbage.
These shoes cost $179 and don't compare with Brooks or New balance in quality. Don't waste your money or your sore feet.
