I got Covid and was confined to my cabin for 5 days I didnt get to see any of Italy, and part of France. I had to change my own bed and clean my room and have all my meals left outside my door!

They gave me a $1550 voucher for another cruise on their ships only non transferable and I want half my money back !

I paid them with money not a non transferable voucher i expect the same payment for a refund! I will never take another cruise on Celenrity cruise ship it was awful!

User's recommendation: Don’t do celebrity they have no class and are non entertaining and what they call a balcony is a window that slides down half way ???
