Abc warehouse screwed me and won't fix the the dents they put on my apliances

me and my wife went to abc to get a refrigerator and stove everything looked good so we purchased the units that we liked they said that they didn't have them in stock so they would sell us the floor models we agreed they said to pull up to the front door and they would bring them out and they did wrapped with plastic and stapped to the dolley to small young guys i helped them load them on the truck because they were to heavy for them then i brought them home when i got there i removed the plastic wrap and i needed to take the doors off the refrigerator in order for it to fit in the house when i finally had it back together she noticed the dings and strap binds on the edges of the units so when i called to talk to a manager he would not even talk to me about it he handed the phone to greg hunt the salesman that told me that they don't strap there appliances i asked him so your telling me when i seen them unstrap them before we loaded them in my truck that i'm seeing things he said no i said so i'm a liar and he said no so what i spent 2200 dollars and i'm supposed to deal with it and he said he coud not help me ......... What kind of customer service is that i own a store and i will be sure to tell all my customers about abc warehouse and how they treated me. thanks

ABC Warehouse – Purchase – Dennis Moore 3-22-11 I entered the store located at 5501 W. Saginaw, Lansing, Michigan at approximately 2PM. I walked to the desk to wait for the next person to help me. I did not want to speak to Dennis Cook; I wanted to see a manager. Dennis strolled over to the desk and asked me what was wrong now. I politely asked to speak to a manager. He boldly took off his badge and danced it in front of me showing me he was the general manager. I informed him I did not want to talk to him was there another manager. He then became rude and loud and informed me that if I didn't talk to him no one would help me. As I began to state that I was not happy with the purchase of the TV's, before I could even say they were defective screens, he began raising his voice, telling me that he didn't think I knew what I wanted…continues to tell me how the "guys" told him when I purchased "good luck with that one"….went on to raise his voice and said "I know you have a sugar daddy", at this point it became very heated from my side. He loudly ordered me out of his store. Several times. I asked for corporate's number to which he said "look it up". I repeated 3 times loudly, can I have the number of corporate "please". As he finally gave me a brochure he followed now get out of my store, you walked in here with a "hard on" and I don't like the way you are talking to me. I cannot even express my feelings. "I have a sugar daddy", why would he shout something like that which has nothing to do with the issue…NOR DID I EVER TELL HIM ANYTHING REMOTELY LIKE THAT STATEMENT!!!!! Since my initial visit to the store where I dealt with him, he has been rude, not helpful in any way and now you can add chauvinistic. To make things worse the second location in Lansing was equally as bad and did nothing to assist me. I never received an accurate receipt; he sold me 2 TV's that were horribly defective, and then informs me that he will not service me. I have to pinch myself to believe that a store in the business of selling goods who normally want to keep a customer actually said these things. So far corporate does not deal with the manager's behavior, they just let it go. How quaint. The service and sales at ABC in this area have always been shady at best, but this takes the cake.

Dennis Cook should have been fired a LONG time ago!

I too had a problem with him back in 2006 at the Pennsylvania Ave. location in Lansing, MI.

He was very rude and *** and even when I presented him with a copy of MI Law proving he was incorrect he still refused to resolve the issue so I filed a complaint with the MI Attorney General's Office who contacted ABC's Corporate Office and informed them of the issue! Corporate did take care of my complaint but apparently not the issue of Dennis!

i have visited this warehouse several times and Dennis is awesome!!! He has offered to service me many times and once or twice i've accepted and have had nothing but positive experiences with his expertise. I have only heard him yell once and it was necessary in this situation :( So this is for you Dennis, I'm chunkin the deuces!

It's obvious that there is only one angry consumer on this site. If you want to complain about a company multiple times you might want to change your user name.

Changing it from all caps to lower case letters isn't enough. You obviously don't have anything better to do. If you weren't happy and felt his behavior was inappropriate why did you keep going back? I'm sure Dennis has worked hard to get where he is and I know he isn't *** enough to ruin that by doing what you said.

Was pleased with helpfull service from salesman Mike Dubs in Port Huron's ABC Warehouse store.

I purchased 2 brand new top of the line 64" Samsung 8000 3D plasma televisions from ABC Warehouse in Port Huron,Mich. on thursday May/05. They only had one in stock ,so i took that one and they ordered me the other one,should be in saturday if not by this Tuesday. Brought the one they had home write away,hooked it up,turned it on and there was no picture or sound,in fact when i walked up to the TV ,much to my surprise,there was a huge "CRACK" in the internal screen!The television went directly from the store to my vehicle to my home without a bump or scrape to it,the box it comes in is bullet proof so i cant understand what happened,so i am going on record that im 100 percent not at fault on what has happened to this TV.Called the store immediately to inform them,and told them id be packing it up and bringing it back and wanted them to order a new one. There response was that the salesman that i dealt with,had to take care of the problem ,and he wasn't to be back to work for 2 more days. So saturday when i return it ,I'm hoping i wont have any issues at your store on exchanging for a new one! Again the salesman Mike Dubs was more then helpful and friendly,and will see how he handles my dilemma when he returns! Thanks for your time.

Port Huron Michigan Location, Purchase a new Panasonic TV, it stopped working after 11 months, so I returned to the store. They sent it out for repair and in about two weeks I got it back and its working great now. They treated me good no no complaints here.

You lucked out. Downriver ABC Warehouses wouldn't even price match their own advertised "IN STORE SPECIAL" price 6 hours after I purchased the tv in the store, only to discover the deal advertised on their website.

Took THREE days of being forwarded to other manager's in the company to get even close to what was going to make me a happy customer.

Pissed me off

I bought innovations cooling pad at the ft wayne location got it home never worked so took it back to the lima store since same distance i went to the counter I told the man I needed to exchange it because it never WORKED so he picked it up and walked over the shelf got same model and then placed my broken on the pile i was so shocked and thought no wonder I got broken on someone else probably did that before what the heck i did not know what to do or say any suggestions on the subject

ABC Warehouse car alarm

Had a car alarm put in and remote starter at ABC Warehouse at Michigan Ave and Greenfield Dearborn. Car alarm keeps going off took it to them to fix it they refused saying it was not covered. My sister had an alarm put in by them also, guess what same problem. Bad service will not buy anything from them. My car alarm wakes me up at night and the neighbors and ABC warehouse sold me a warranty they won't honor. I'll try Best Buy next time or someone from the corner store before I try ABC Warehouse,JUNK

Yesterday while shopping at the Lansing Store, I heard the manager Greg, verbally yelling the "f" word at employees. This is a manager that would never work in my company. How unprofessional!! I felt sorry for the employees, especially for one young man that seemed to be getting the full force of the swear words. At one point we thought that Greg was going to strike out. If your managers are this unprofessional, there is no way your treatment of customers is going to be any better. I would be afraid to have a problem with a purchase, I am sure that if Greg handled that problem I would be subject to his unprofessional behavior and I would not have the same restraint as that young man.

Warranty uselessness and Rude people

I bought an efficeny washer from ABC 1 year and 2 weeks ago. It was $1,000 and is not working. I have water stuck in it which smells very badly. No one in the warranty department felt like coming in yesterday so I was unable to contact service which is contracted through another company. That company was in so I didn't need to wait. I finally received a callback today and worked it out with the service company. I called 248-335-**** and spoke to a receptionist that just kept trying to give me the 800 number I called all day yesterday. I asked her name, she refused. She hung up on me. THIS IS THEIR HEADQUATERS. I spoke to Greg, store manager at Livonia and he was also rude. He thought it was ok for me not to be able to discuss the repair situation or get a name or idea number for the rude mystery receptionist. Why did I pay $100 for an extended warranty when I am just treated badly. BOO ABC WAREHOUSE. I will never buy from you again. Shame on you for such bad service and lack of interest. I guess once the sale is made they really don't care.

ABC Warehouse, better off going to Best Buy.

ABC is a shady establishment. Pay attention to their sales, usually their "sales" like on *** Holidays (st.Patrick,presidents,Columbus,etc) are not much of a sale at all and in fact an item may only be two dollars less than their regular price.

Think about it, why doesn't "Best Buy" have a presidents sale? Because they don't need one to sell their products. Best Buy pays their employees by the hour, so you don't get bothered as much like a commissioned employee of ABC.

Remember "or less" could only mean a dollar or less of savings. F U Gordy and your lame *** commercials.

ABC warehouse employees and products are faulty.

I received the worst customer service from the sales man at ABC warehouse. I went in to purchase a TV for my mother and she randomly mentioned that I knew a little about the latest flat screens. This information was greeted with sarcasm and thrown back in my face by several other salesmen. At no point in time was I rude to them. Since when is being informed a crime. My mother really wanted the TV that we picked so I purchased it anyway. I returned to her house and helped her set it up, it doesn't work. I am disgusted.

Extended Warranty...Not

Purchased a Frigidaire MW oven from ABC just over a year ago. While using it to simply make popcorn i pulled the handle to open the door and it broke off in my hand!! Not to worry, i had purchased the extended warranty, right...Wrong! When i called the ABC service line I was told it wasn't covered because...get ready..."sorry sir, that's not covered because it broke. The warranty doesn't cover things that get broken or damaged." Really??? Its been 3 weeks of calls and emails and the regional sales manager seems to be avoiding me. Horrible customer service, Gordie the slick pitch man has done it again! Get you in on price, sleazy sales tactics and thanks for the cash. I want to puke every time i see him on TV with his *** greasy hair, talking about how much they care. I'm calling BS on this one!!! Don't shop there if you can avoid it, and if you do, don't let them pressure you into the extended warranty.

no one covers physical damage and if the handle broke it must be located over your stove and its plastic which would lead me to believe you did not follow the manufacturers instructions and run the exhaust fan every time you use the stove to draw the heat away from the front of the microwave. so that is abuse or neglect. if the warranty covered your blatant disrespect for your own personal property it would raise the cost for the rest of us

I know we have only been using plastic for about a hundred years so some people might not know heat makes plastic brittle.

I have an Amana Bottom freezer refridgerator with an extended warranty which is supposedly good until Dec.4,2011. Nov.2010 the fridge was warm and freezer was freezing rock hard!

This was just before Thanksgiving! Tech was out 11/20/2011 and ordered a part then. Repaired it Nov. 29,2010-I threw away 2 doz eggs,lots of vegetables,milk,etc.

Jan. 3,2011 the fridge was again warm, called for service,same tech came out,determined it needed another part, and it is now Jan.27,2011-still no repair. I have now thrown away 2 more dozen eggs, milk, mayo, numerous salad dressings,etc. and I was told there is a certain protocol they have to follow to get a part ordered and I lost my cool and hung up on the woman.

They will not ever get me to purchase an extended warranty again.

When I wanted them to come out and just look over my washer and dryer a few years ago, I was told they don't do that-it's only for repairs. The bell should have gone off for me then.

Live and learn...and I have learned. :(

i bought a radio recently and it stopped working today when i unplugged the power to my car....so i went in thinking o i have a warranty...but they tell me that they cant cover it and i have to play the $40 garage fee..when i didn't even touch the radio..bull ***...so i complained to the manager and he got me set up and taken car of....*** college kids are retarded...they should have smart people working there...abc's service is a joke

Livonia Store Incident

I visited the store in Livonia on 2-10-2011 to purchase a television, I asked the salesman did the store take checks he said it depended on the check sequence #. I decided on a television and proceded too write a check for my purchase, the salesman tells me that they can take my check, but they couldn't release the television too me until the check cleared!!!!!!! He never made any attempt too call telecheck or his manager, I've NEVER heard of a business doing such thing. I am a ABC warehouse shopper and this incident is unacceptable.

ABC warehouse delivery drivers stole my dog!

While ABC Warehouse was delivering to my neighbors home, the driver stole my dog out of my fenced yard! I have a 4 foot high chain link fence, my 8 month old labradoodle puppy was outside. I saw from my bedroom window that the neighbor was getting a delivery from ABC warehouse. One of the delivery "boys" was at the fence that seperates the yards, he was patting the fence, my pup went over to the fence.

10 Minutes later I called the pup to come in and he was nowhere to be found! The Driver obviously picked him up over the fence and STOLE MY DOG!

Do not trust them!!

I went to the store and made a complaint, the Manager said that the deliveries are contracted out. He called the driver and they said "we never saw a dog"! A police report was made, but I'm sure my lovable companion is gone forever!

This occured in broad daylight with numerous houses around. If they have the tenacity to steal a dog out of a yard, what will they steal out of your home!

I am the delivery driver that delivered to your neighbor and unlike you I have a brain. I would never ever steal someones dog!

First off dogs are a responsibility that I do not have time for. Second I have been working for this family run business for over 5 years and my dad has been there for over 27 years. When I was called and asked this I thought it was a joke. In the 5 years I have worked there and the 27 years my dad has worked there this was the first time someone was accused of something so asinine!

I really hope you found your dog and you feel like a complete ***! But if you didn't find it maybe next time you wont be so quick to come to such a ridiculous conclusion!

ABC Warehouse Horrible Customer Service

Purchased a 58 inch Samsung Plasma TV on Dec 02, 2010 and on Jan. 20, 2011 tv set is dead no picture no audio. Contacted the store was given a 1 800 number to call which I did was told maybe in 7 to 14 days can get someone to take a look at before any decision can be made. Called the Cooperate Office at 10 am the next morning got the run around was told the Regional Manager (Rob Rochetti)was going to contact me prior to work day end. Well believe it on not no call (big surprise) when contacted the Corporate Office again was told he was in the field and there is no way to contact him (no cell phone for a regional manager). Bottom line stay away from ABC Warehouse this is coming from a customer who has purchased from the same store for the past 15 years . I will never go back or refer anyone....

ABC Warehouse does not have lowest prices

Back a few years ago, you could go to ABC and get good prices. The salesmen would work with you on price. No more! They are greedy, will not budge on price and they are rude if you walk away without buying.They want to charge for delivery of any appliance, so unless you want to pay extra, you'd better have your own way to take it home.I have quit dealing with them,and have given their competitors my business.There are other places that have the same products for less, with freindly,helpful sales people. The only way to change them (ABC) is to take your business elsewhere. Maybe they will see the light and change their ways.

Renigged on sale

My wife and I went to ABC Warehouse to price refrigerators. The salesman started pushing (not in a bad way) a particular brand, but it was more than we wanted to spend. We did find one for $297 and said we wanted that one. He said he'd have to check but didn't know if they had any left. He said they didn't have any left then offered the one he was pushing for $50 less. We said no that was okay. Then he offered it for $100 less. Again, we said no we would just wait until next month and see if they had the $297 fridge in. He said spoke to his manager and the manager I guess said to sell us the fridge he was pushing for the same price as the one we wanted. We agreed, I mean it was the price after all. So we put money down and paid the rest off the first of October. Paid the $39 for delivery and was told they had it and it would be delivered the following day. We sat home all day waiting, waiting and waiting. Finally we called ABC Warehouse only to be told they didn't have any in. The guy then offered us another fridge that was different from the one we bought. NO! We went and canceled the sale. It's like this. We picked the fridge we wanted because it was the price we wanted. They are the ones who pushed the more expensive fridge onto us for the same price as the least expensive fridge wanting to make the sale. I believe the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing and the left hand didn't like what the right hand did and said no way is that going to happen. How do they go from "we have it and it will be delivered tomorrow" to "we don't have it, how about this less expensive fridge instead?" To put it into perspective, I wanted the used car, they talked me into a new Ford Pickup truck for the same price as the used car only to renig on the sale and offer me a new Ford escort after I had paid for the Ford Pickup truck. Bottom line, screw ABC Warehouse. If that is how they do business they can keep their business. Also, we asked if we could buy the floor model (in the beginning) the salesman said no they didn't sale floor models. Yesterday when we were canceling the sale the same salesman offered some lady a floor model. So all in all ABC Warehouse gets a WTH??? My name is Ken Niman and I approve this message
