Lack of communication between warehouse and front desk. Over charging, and constantly pulling wrong orders, with the expectation it's checked. Office staff are dips, and price galging because they can
Price galging on butt coils. Leftover coils that would sit around , charge full price for.
I can go 2 hours north and get discounts for butt coils from the ABC there. Booming area, greed follows from this location.

Material gets given away even after you order it. Repeatedly
Every time i call my orders in advance 2 weeks and when i pull up to the dock their buddys are loading their products with what you have been waiting on forever. And they called their order in that morning. Ive been going there for 25 years.

ZERO accountability
out of 14 jobs not one was 100% correct. paid in full for one they could not find 2 windows on the order and NEVER were replaced said i should not have accepted if not 100% yet told me to go ahead and take them no refund nothing customer had another contractor finish the job which was paid in full even after they forgot to order for 20 days. job 2 ,14 windows ordered 1 was was to be box frame all the rest had flange he oredered the whole job box frame then charged me for the snap in flange made job twice as long install and held back original install date by 2 weeks even after being 2weeks late with a wrong order.

Totally over billed
I was constantly over billed. Each and every invoice has to be read carefully if you choose to do business with this company. They practice very deceptive billing, it is actually to knowingly mail fraudulently inflated invoiced, and they do it every time.
User's recommendation: just save yourself the hassle go somewhere else

Horrible customer service
Stood in front of front desk workers for 5 minutes. No other customers in the shop.
They totally ignored us.
When we finally got them to acknowledge us ( he actually turned his back on us) the man was so rude and said we couldnt be helped unless we were contractors. He directed us to another worker in a side room and she shut her door in our faces.

Horrible Customer Service
I was working with an abc rep for well over $50K in items for a new construction. I stopped trying to get the estimates after 3 months.
Tried another location, same thing. Over a week, i got in touch with them 3 times, spoke to a sales guy, he never got back to my contractor. Spoke to manager there, he gave me another sales guy's number and told me he'd be expecting my call. When i called i got attitude from this guy.
To be honest i'm not sure how they make money. Customer service is horrendous, and they don't get back to people.
Tired of waiting going with another supplier. You shouldn't have to chase someone to give them money.

Life Time Warranty
ABC siding gave us a life time warranty for our patio doors. We had trouble with the screen door thinking it was the rollers so we tightened them up.
It turned out to be that the track was broken. Three years ago I called them telling them I had a life time warranty and would like someone to come out. Finally this year they came and took pictures. Because this company no longer has this type of doors then can not warrant my door.
They also states that since we cannot prove we didn't hit it with a shovel they will not guarantee this door. We have a wooden deck connected to this door and we never use a shovel on it.
Three years ago were they still making this door? What good is a life time warranty if they won't honor it!!
