Still waiting for help

We're 2 days away from a party for 50+ people and we're unable to communicate with ABC Party Rentals. The website looked promising but that's where everything ends. Phone? - "IF" someone answers, they'll ask you to call back in 30 min because they're on the road. When you call, you get an answering machine that is full. E-mail? None replies. Totally unreliable.

User's recommendation: DON'T rely on this company. All it is, is a good website. That's it!
