No Delivery on Party Rental Tables and Chairs
- Promised 9-10am delivery; no contact.
- I called repeatedly; no return calls.
- Guests stood with drinks and food.
NEVER DELIVERED to my party.
I had an afternoon cocktail party for 75 people. Ordered tables, chairs, and linens.
Confirmed twice prior to date. "Mike" the owner said they would deliver between 9am and 10am.
At 10:05am I called him. Mike said "I will call the men and see where they are, and call you right back.
NO RETURN phone call. I waited a half hour, and called him again ... no answer so I left a voice mail.
Then proceeded to call every half hour leaving messages each time. He never answered the phone!
My guests had to stand trying to juggle their drinks and food. I will NEVER use this company again!!
The next day I called and Mike answered his phone, his lame response was: "you mean they didn't deliver?"
... Seriously ... he had no idea? Didn't listen to the 5 voicemails? No excuse? No appology?
"Sorry" doesn't cut it ... nothing can. DO NOT USE ABC PARTY RENTALS of 40-7 Raynor Ave. Ronkonkoma
