Fluctuating payment dates each month. No standard date! On fixed income and this will cause none payments due to no funds being available or using other bill money cause of unexpected withdraw. I need a 1st of month withdrawal please! I had no clue of changing date each month when I signed up.
User's recommendation: Make sure of a set date cause this can be frustrating! Paying overdraft fees and on fixed income!

A fixed date each month; not just take out account when you choose to! That’s horrible! Even the same date each month for anticipation of withdrawal but just take any time you choose to is not fair!
