Drunk manager acting violent toward customers
Being a manager at a liquor store should not be excuse to be drunk at work and use derogatory comments against your loyal customers.
Not sure if this is normal but if not then Corporate should investigate Nathan (if that's even his real name as he removed his tag and flipped me a finger) at ABC fine Wines at 2322 S Semoran Blvd, Orlando, FL 32822
Preferred solution: This manager needs to be investigated for working under the influence and customer mistreatment

Rewards Program
Hi, have over 5500 points & have never received the $5 off bonus. Talked to many employees, 3 telling me I would receive bonus in mail & the other telling me I will receive in email.
Checked email in front of employee & ABC has emailed many sale notices but there wasnt any emails for my bonuses. Im a good customer & would like my rewards please.
Should be at least 3 bonuses that I earned & would appreciate receiving them before end of this year. Thank you for your understanding & help with resolving this issue.
