Charged for things I did not get

I called your Myrtle creek location and ordered a lunch special today 1/16/23 I was told it came with a personal pizza and a drink. When I arrived the gentleman at the counter appeared to be looking for something and ignored me for a couple of minutes. He then came to the cash register and I told him I had a to go order for Felicia. He rang me up and I paid. He went and grabbed my pizza, that was in a to go box, and handed it to me. He then said hang on and walked away from the counter, he came back and said that they do not have any to go cups. I asked him if he could just refund the portion for my drink then and he told me no he could not. I asked him if he charged me for a drink and pizza and he said yes. I asked him why he could not refund the portion for me drink and he told me it would cost me more then. I was confused at this point and said that I would like him to refund me for the drink charge since I did not get it. He told me that he would but it would cost me $2 more dollars because he had charged me for the special and if he charged me for the pizza alone it would be more. I asked him why it would cost me more if it was a special. He asked me not to be rude. I asked to talk to the manager and he told me that he was the manager. I asked his name and he said Bob. I asked who to make my complaint to and he said Roseburg. I said thank you and I called him a *** on my way out.

While I understand that I should not have name called. I don't feel that he was being respectful or trying to explain the situation in a way for me to be able to understand why I was not able to be refunded the money for something that I did not get.

I work hard for my money and don't appreciate people taking advantage of me. I feel that Bob, if that is his name, took advantage of me and charged me for something that I did not get. If there is a special I am sure there is still a price on the drink and pizza. He could have refunded me the money for the drink that I did not get. Instead he chose to call me rude and tell me I would have to pay more money.

I hope that Bob does not do this all the time, as I was very frustrated with the situation, as I am sure you can tell. I am still looking for my refund for my drink that I was unable to get.
