Verified Reviewer |Months and months of round about calls/claims/answers
Since September of 2025 this company has sent me around in circles in order to access their "savings" programs. Literal hours upon hours of calls, transfers to 8 different departments, different information and requirements depending on who you talk to.
It is a horrible service/company. Do not let your doctor prescribe name brand biologics like Humira. Go and use the generic whenever possible.
They are soulless. And they'll eat your soul if they can.

Nurse ambassador however is excellent
It would be great if I were kept up to date in the process and it could be clearer about how to submit documents
The email and fax numbers on application are not acceptable when submitting additional documents. Submitted x4 for one reason or another and I had to initiate process instead of AbbVie following up
