Negligent Managment

My husband and I have been living here for a little over seven months now, and it was fine for the first month or so. And then our neighbors began to become bothersome. First, there was the occupant below us that would slam her doors and not clean up after her dogs. Now it's a resident down below us on the first floor, that plays their music so loud, that on the THIRD floor, we can hear it blaring well past the noise curfew of 10pm. We have made a complaint about this 6 times now, and nothing has been done about it. It's so loud that it's hard for me to sleep at night, and I'm currently working two jobs. Not only that, we had put in a maintenance request four weeks ago now, and are still without a microwave. I don't mean to be that annoying resident, but holy *** is it hard to like this place when all they have to offer is a "nice" looking room. I'm only here because my husband is military, and we weren't provided with on base housing. But this is absolute ridiculous. With a living price that would otherwise scare home lookers away, loud and obnoxious neighbors, uncleanly dog owners, and completely noncompliant and incompetent renters, this place is not worth the headache. Looks can be deceiving folks, and although this place might be a looker, it's most certainly not worth it in the long run. If you want to live somewhere nice, look past this complex and its highly inexperience owners.
