Speaking with the service department is the worst experience I have ever had with any retailer. The person is the most condescending person I have ever delt with. They will not give you information for their corporate headquarters, and you cannot speak with them.
He actually called me a liar when he promised me a credit refund. I would suggest not dealing with Abani directly but through one of their retailers.St
