Ab Rocket Twister

I had purchased one aBocket through vpp

of which customer ID:BNPL NO: MH/TC/1075/2013-****,the outer packing was very good,but I was shoked when i find that the inner carton was damaged as a result,left handlegrip was damaged so please do replase my abrocket with the new one thank you.

I purchase the abrocket twister and paid $29 for 30days trial plus shipping. On their website they stated that you can return if u dont like the product within 30days. u must call before the 30th day, return the product and we wont charge your credit card.

on the 28th day i called to cancel because it was so slow and i actually twisted my ankle in the process. i returned the item 2 days after and called them which they confirmed it was received.

They said they were going to return my $14 for free trial within 3 business days which they didn`t and the most annoying thing is that they kept on charging me for product i don't even have.

They are thieves and they will continue to charge you even if u don't have the product. I called several times and no one gave me the reason y the system keep charging me.

I`m gonna call them again tomorrow morning to refund my stolen money.

Compré el Abrocke más o menos como un año en la tienda Bed, Bath and Beyond en el Centro Comercial de los Colobos en el Pueblo de Carolina. La fricción de los metales rompió el Abrocket y causó una herida a mi hijo de 17 años.

Tengo fotos de su herida y todavía tengo el Abrocket por si necesitan que le saque fotos para que lo puedan revisar. Un amigo de mi hijo le comentó que le pasó lo mismo, así que creo que este producto no es seguro para ser utilizados todos los días.
