I bought a new 24 Ford Explorer, traded in my old Explorer. I drive a lot so Blue Cruise auto drive was primary reason for trade in & upgrade.
10 days later after I couldnt get it to activate (per Ford,) I was told by Ford they didnt include it. 10 calls later no response and they wanted me to take value for upgrade as a trade in. I notified at 500 miles and now have 2500, still no call backs. Further, they have not paid off my old loan and I have to make a second payment since the trade in and my new loan payment is due.
Ford has been no help in resolving and GM and General Sales Manager wont respond to calls made or texts sent. I have many call and text records and a Ford case number.

Preferred solution: Exchange w Blue Cruise, compensation, payoff old loan, reimburse payments made 4 old loan, letter for credit bureau
User's recommendation: Don’t trust these people! Former sales person and finance manager were let go and mentioned “investigation,” of some type.
