Once I was able to get through to Aarke, they were very responsive. They immediately reviewed the situation and corrected it.

Appalling customer service
Impossible to phone them and there is no other way of contacting them other than their email which is a struggle to find.
Then they can take a week to reply. My kettle has broken down and it seems a nightmare to get it replaced
Will never ever buy anything directly from these people again!!!
Preferred solution: Full refund
