AI Highlights
  • - No payout yet for the May 2014 rear-ender that destroyed the car.
  • - They billed for renewing insurance after destruction and cite an agreed-value policy.

No fault accident struck in the rear when turning left and car written off. Accident occurred in May 2014. Do I have a payout yet - NO.

despite contacting them have not received any money or a reply. In fact they billed me to renew the insurance after the vehicle was destroyed - not clear why.

So it appears there is no way I can force them to pay apart from a lawyer, which will be lost money as they claim an agreed value policy (not that I was given any say in the value. not does their policy clearly define agreed value). So all they pay is agreed value even oif I need a lawyer to extract the money.
