Service nearly non existent. Shady business practices.

My mother purchased a Wheelz Premium warranty for her preowned Jeep Compass her vehicle was taken to the local shop on 20 May. With a half an hour my shop informed me they contacted AAGI and that inspector would be out to verify within 48 business hours. That took nearly 72 business hours. Then the shop informed me that the used transmission was coming through AAGI. By this time the vehicle was in the shop for 6 whole days before the first wrench was turned. I was told that the thermostat and housing had to be replaced also. Contractually covered I may add. They said it wasnt. Scam artists.
