AAC Property - Owner Review

The owner of this company, Paul James, unlawfully pulled a gun on me while I was moving out of one of their properties on 12/31/13. He then lied to me, thinking I would leave, and told me he called the police.

I stayed and waited for the police for ten minutes, because I knew I had done nothing wrong. I called the police on my own a few minutes later and they told me that Mr. James had never called the police. When the police arrived, Mr.

James lied to the police and told them I threatened him with a broom. The police were in agreement that Mr. James had illegally brandished his firearm and that I could press charges, but that if I pressed charges, Mr. James was going to attempt to press charges against me for assault.

Being that it was new years eve, I decided I didn't feel like spending the night in jail or pursuing charges against Mr.James. Since that day, I've thought about the situation often. When it happened I had two witnesses present, Mr. James was by himself.

If I had it to do over again, I wish would've pressed charges. Mr James acted completely negligently that day and deserved whatever punishment may have come his way. I lived in two different properties owned by AAC property management over a period of three years. I was obviously a good enough tenant that they asked me to stay for 3 years, paying over $1000/mo.

I cannot stress enough how *** this company and it's ownership are. Stay away! If you want to verify this review, I'm sure the police report from that day is now public record, feel free to check it out for yourself.

The incident happened in Wentzville, MO. Stay away from AAC property management and stay away from Paul James, he's got issues.

John Cone swindled $30k - He is a crook!

Do not fall for this man or this company...you will soon regret it! He is a crook who preys on the most needy and makes money from them while simultaneously deceiving them and ultimately leaving them homeless and deeper into debt.

His actions are unconscienable and he should be stopped! Do not trust his evil speal. Contact an attorney if you have been swindled by this man. Many attorneys in the area are very familiar with his scheme and are willing to help you.

He relies on the hope that you will not have the funds to hire an attorney after he is finished with you. Contact the Attorney General in MO to report this man.

This is likely the only way he will be brought to justice and save the future of those who will unwittingly seek his help in "home ownership". He is the lowest of the low!

AAC Property aka Arthur Anderson Company LLC Stealing Homes from Families

In 2003, we bought a home from AAC aka Arthur Anderson Company in which they agreed to seller finance the property. Around May 2008, we decided to sell the property.

When we attempted to list wth a realtor, they had a fit. They said that we needed to use a realtor that "was familiar with their deals." A few weeks ago, out of the blue, we got a letter taped on the front door from them telling us that we must move in 3 weeks. When I called John at their office, I was told "the letter speaks for itself." We arent behind on any payment or fees so this made no sense. But the letter offered us $2500 to move.

When we declined, they started harrassing us. We have found out that their realtor, Rich at Schneider Realty has helped them sell our house right from under us. The Deed of Trust was never recorded with the Recorders Office. We have had to spend money to obtain an attorney to help us with this mess.

The house looks nothing like it did when they sold it to us. We have replaced every light, floor, cabinetry, paint (interior and exterior). Now, they are trying to steal it from us. Beware they are using numerous names to do their dirty busines.

Look for Missouri Homeowner, AAC Property Management, Arthur Anderson Company. Ticked off St Charles, Missouri
