AAA Quality Fence

UNRELIABLE! Michelle reached out to me after I requested information about a fence quote. I called back and spoke with another woman, gave her my email address as my best contact and set an appt that was supposed to be LAST WEEK. However, since I never received an email confirming date/time, I naturally assumed they were not going to show up and not want business. Then come the next week, I was alerted to my dog barking insanely in the backyard. I walked out to find some random guy walking on the INSIDE of my fence, on my property taking measurements. Of course, I yelled at the dog to come inside and told him to get off my property. We spoke out front while I called the office about it. Michelle picked up and I had her on speaker so we could all hear. I am livid with them! They did NOT communicate at all with me; they came on the wrong day/time, they did not email me and confirm the appointment, they did not attempt to call and leave a message in case I didnt answer (like Michelle did last time) and they did not inform their employee. Yes, he was wrong for not knocking on my door and notifying me he was there and walking through to the backyard. I could have locked the dog up and been prepared for him so I could have told him what I wanted for my new fence. But they failed him by only telling him I wanted to be contacted only via email and this is not just his fault. I feel bad for speaking to him the way I did and they need to make it up to him, but I was so upset. AAA quality fence dropped the ball big time with not letting me know anything. If they would have sent the email, like THEY SAID they were GOING TO, I could have known they got the appt. day/time correct as we agreed on the phone, could have changed it if needed, could have moved things around at work as I did for the appt that never happened last week and could have locked the dog up and discussed with their employee what I was looking for in a new fence.
