THEY RENTED ME A HOUSE WITH NO HOT WATER NO HEAT ABESTES SIDING AND EVICTED ME WHEN I ASKED FOR REPAIRS
I CLEANED AND REPAIRED THE PLACE FOR 6 MONTHS AND STILL PAID 600 SECURITY DEPOSIT AND THEY NEVER EVEN PAID THE OWNER LOOK AT THE PLACE BEFORE I MOVED IN

Security deposit not fully refunded with no justification
- They charged for hauling items left for a neighbor to donate.
- They ignore messages and will not refund the deposit or provide an itemized list.
When we moved out they charged us for hauling items that we left for the neighbor man to pick up and donate to a local church. The man was nice enough to help give these items to someone in need.
After numerous times to resolve the issue they have decided to ignore us and not give us our deposit money we deserve. Do not go through them they are dishonest! They are not professional at all.
We would like to see an itemized list of the "so called" items that were hauled away that would justify the deduction of $140. They will not provide and have been ignoring my messages.
