Security deposit not fully refunded with no justification

When we moved out they charged us for hauling items that we left for the neighbor man to pick up and donate to a local church. The man was nice enough to help give these items to someone in need. After numerous times to resolve the issue they have decided to ignore us and not give us our deposit money we deserve. Do not go through them they are dishonest! They are not professional at all. We would like to see an itemized list of the "so called" items that were hauled away that would justify the deduction of $140. They will not provide and have been ignoring my messages.
