I was quoted a price for extermination on a quarterly basis. After two service calls they changed the price and refuse to honor their quote. They are located in Denver, CO. The woman on the phone hung up on me twice. When I asked her to explain why there was a change in the cost she said, " I am not going to argue with you, I do not have time for this!" I was not trying to argue, I was merely trying to understand. They charged me without notification. They insist they will send me to collections to collect the amount.
