I'd highly recommend choosing someone else. The experience has been less than pleasant or acceptable at this point.
5 weeks after having pavers sealed, sand was coming out and weeds were growing. After more than a dozen phone calls (with many unreturned calls) to Josh and Tim, they have sent crews out to resand twice, which has not solved the issue. The driveway needs to be completely redone, but I am unable to get anyone on the phone to resolve this issue. My next step is filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
I've been dealing with this issue since October. It would seem as though the "5 year warranty" is merely lip service and doesn't actually mean anything. I wish I had gone with another company who returned phone calls, stood by their work, and had sufficient staff to address the needs of their customers. Sadly, this company fails on all of these points.

Update 2-2019, a BBB complaint was filed with no response from this company.
At one point they event directed the BBB to resend complaint to another email address, which they still did not respond to. They had the audacity to respond to a Google review saying this group "Surface Smart" is no longer affiliated with them, although I'd venture to guess that Josh and Tim and still very much involved with the company.
