Foreign fee transaction charges and wrong calculation of weight / size
Hello All, i have a very bitter experience with AAA moving services that i hired from buffalo to move my stuff from Toronto Canada to Portland Oregon. The company charged me canadian dollars on my us visa card that turned out to pay me 90 dollars foreign transaction fee.
Also AAA moving services go with their own calculation of cubic feet / wight by no. of bedroom. I had 450 cubic feet but they charged for 630 cubic feet. I do not recommend to hire this company for your moving.

yes, I got really taken by them.
I complained to my credit card, and BBB. After going back and forth and back and forth, my claim was dropped because I didn't reply back in time. Hey, I have a job and a life!
They had a couple hundred dollars in surprise charges, including excessive charges for tolls, (even though they said they were in the area), and packaging tape, and and they didn't even complete the job i hired them to do. They said they would come back the next day and they didn't. When I called after waiting for them all day, they wanted to charge me all over again. They are full of ***. AVOID!
