Customer Service is atrocious!

Complete waste of my time - incoherent billing requests, no real person Customer Service line available other than recorded messages with limited options. Company does not even recognise me as customer and yet sends me an invoice for payment.

Only way to pay is by credit card, no bank transfer details possible to obtain to pay online. Customer Service telephone numbers advertised on the Internet do not work.
