The business is A-1 RV Center dba Clear Creek RV Center in Silverdale WA, not A-1 Auto has been incorrectly printed by pissed consumer. Please note the correction.
Clear Creek RV Dealer is who was named in the lawsuit and they paid a judgment ordered by the Kitsao District Court. If your looking for an RV DO NOT PURCHASE IT AT CLEAR CREEK RV, OITHERWISE YOU WILL REGRET IT, FOR SURE.
It would be advisable to hire a lawyer, before entering in a contract with Clear Creek RV, and or the owner and their sales staff, for they may treat you like they did me. I paid over $90,000.00 to purchase a special-order Grand Design 5th wheel, only to have had it damaged while in their possession, and they were unable or unwilling to make repairs and adjustments, that were required, when defects were pointed out to them. The Salesperson was Dan Hemstreet, he said anything, just to make the sale, and the owner Jim Fisher, also was deceitful and lied to his own Bonding Company and the Department of Licensing, when I filed the initial complaint, also the Washington State Attorney General Commercial Division has paper on them. To see the entire episode and the case files see the judgment issued against Clear Creek # 21SC00142, issued December 22, 2021, by the Kitsap District Court.
it got hit and the new unit had to be put in the body shop to repair the massive damage, and when it was repaired it was parked in the same place where it was hit in the first place. Also note that the unit sat in their lot for 6 months, they were either unable or unwilling to make the needed repairs. Also, they promised to move the RV to the location that was agreed to, prior to ordering it, they refused, to do so and I had to hire an independent tower to tow the unit. When they installed the washer / dryer, they installed the washer in correctly, and when I pointed out their error, the owner became angry, and a bad situation got even worst.
I subsequently had to file a lawsuit against Clear Creek and its owner, Jim Fisher, which I prevailed, and they were issued a judgment from the Kitsap District Court, case # 21SC00142. I also tried for 2 years to get Jim Fisher to reimburse me, and hired a lawyer, Fisher, ignored every attempt to get him to do the right thing. Therefore, I forced him into court and the presiding judge ordered a judgment in my favor. The entire situation could have been made better, if they had informed me that they were unable or unwilling to do what was expected of them, make the repairs in a timely fashion, not take 6 months and get nothing done.
I file several com plaints with the state and federal regulators on the way I was treated. Who would not be dismayed, buying a vehicle for $90,000.00 and being treated so poorly? I advise anyone to go and see the public records at the Kitsap District court, before deciding to do business with A1 RV Center, DBA Clear Creek RV in Silverdale, also note the same guy Jim Fisher, I believe is the owner of the other facilities in Washington State. My question, is, why did he treat me this way?
And how many others have experienced this sort of treatment? Could it be he just did not like me? For some reason?
When I contacted the Department of Licensing and his bonding company, CNA Surety Company, Jim Fisher was less than honest in his response, which is why a judgment was issued against them. It's public record; check it out if you are considering dealing with Clear Creek RV Center.

Poor Used Vehicle Inspection
Used vehicle taken to A1 Auto Service Center in Everett to check out before purchasing. On the phone when making the appointment I was told they did a complete inspection.
They found only a couple of points they said of leaking fluid. Transfer case and transmission cooler hose. Before taking it in for the inspection I had already found the left and right power mirrors did not work, the drivers side window stuck upon opening and closing, It was out of alignment (pulled hard to the right), part of the dash and speedometer lights did not work.
The inspection was a complete waste of time and money. It was only a 15 minute visual inspection for $57.88.
