When I spoke to the call center agent, Rowelyn. She informed me the technician came to my home the morning of and called me on the phone. I told her there was no record of anyone calling me and my ring camera did not show anyone at my front door or in my front yard. I then asked for a manager. She gave me the call center lead, Angel. I told the same story to Angel who said he would talk to the technician and call me back. When he spoke with the technician, the technician said he did not call but sent me a text message. When I did not answer the text, he cancelled my appointment. Of course, I did not see the text message because normally a serviceman gives you a call. The text also came at 6:45 and 7:45 pm. When I asked if he (Angel) could get someone out, he told me I missed the appointment so it would be a few days before they could come out. I asked what would happen in the event that I did not have a cell phone. What happens if I only had a home phone? He could not answer. When I asked to speak to a manager, he told me the manager, Rob Jackson was not available and said thank you and hung up in my face. What horrible customer service!! I then phone American Home Shield and they called A -US air to tell them I would like to change to another contractor. A-US air said no because they had already been to my home which is untrue. I have the camera footage from today that shows no technician has been to my home. So they cancelled the appointment and now want to prevent me from going to another contractor!! Unethical!!! It is no surprise that A-US air wants the business but to be unethical and unapologetic is also underserving of any business from me!! Shame on you Angel!!!
User's recommendation: Do not let AHS schedule this contractor and do not use A-US ever! Horrible Customer Service.
