Poor professionalism
They went to my house to repair an ac unit. And the tec todo me that he cant fix that problem and the going to send another person.
I waiter for tree weeks. And they never arrived or give in updates finally I still dont have ac in my house

When I spoke to the call center agent, Rowelyn. She informed me the technician came to my home the morning of and called me on the phone.
I told her there was no record of anyone calling me and my ring camera did not show anyone at my front door or in my front yard. I then asked for a manager. She gave me the call center lead, Angel. I told the same story to Angel who said he would talk to the technician and call me back.
When he spoke with the technician, the technician said he did not call but sent me a text message. When I did not answer the text, he cancelled my appointment. Of course, I did not see the text message because normally a serviceman gives you a call. The text also came at 6:45 and 7:45 pm.
When I asked if he (Angel) could get someone out, he told me I missed the appointment so it would be a few days before they could come out. I asked what would happen in the event that I did not have a cell phone. What happens if I only had a home phone? He could not answer.
When I asked to speak to a manager, he told me the manager, Rob Jackson was not available and said thank you and hung up in my face. What horrible customer service!! I then phone American Home Shield and they called A -US air to tell them I would like to change to another contractor. A-US air said no because they had already been to my home which is untrue.
I have the camera footage from today that shows no technician has been to my home. So they cancelled the appointment and now want to prevent me from going to another contractor!! Unethical!!!
It is no surprise that A-US air wants the business but to be unethical and unapologetic is also underserving of any business from me!! Shame on you Angel!!!
Preferred solution: They owe me an apology for the rudeness and also for keeping me from getting another contractor with their lies of coming to my home. I've been waiting for service for 2 days so they owe me for the inconvenience and my service fee to AHS.

I have American Home Shield and they recommended this company to me to replace an air handler on 04/06/2021. On 9 April, they ripped out the old air handler and replaced it with a so called new one.
So then about 34 days later, I received a call from my tenant stating that my ceiling in my rental house started leaking right where the air handler was installed, leaking on
my $10,000 hard wood floors. I went over and saw the leaks and had the tenant mop up the water using towels. I then called AHS and they said to call the manufacture for a warranty - don't know what that has to do with the air handler not being installed correctly. Called A-US Air Conditioning and the guy who answered the phone hung up on me 3 times.
No one will take responsibility so I am left holding the bag. Probably will pursue some legal action after I get an answer back as wwho I have filed a complaint with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Be aware people - now I still have a leaking ceiling and a badly installed air handler. Will be filing with the BBB too.

BAD AC Wiring
On January 22nd 2018 I had a new compressor put in my Ac unit I paid $720 for freon at that time. 6 months later in June the compressor went out.
I called American home shield to let them know about my AC problem. They sent a technician out on Tuesday July 3rd to assess the unit. It was determined that the compressor had gone bad. On July 5th, another company Joe cool AC, came out and looked at the unit and determined that the compressor needed to be replaced also.
Joe cool is the company that put the compressor it in on January 22nd 2018. Upon calling American home shield again on Friday July 6 to see when the repair to the unit will be done, I was informed that they had to get with the manufacture of the compressor to see how to handle the warranty on the compressor. I explain to home shield at that time that it is unfair for me to sit in limbo while they contact the company about supplying another compressor. I asked them to supply the compressor as well as any freon that is needed to get my unit backup and running.
American home shield informed me that they will not do that and that I will have to sit and wait at minimum until July 13th with no air at all until they see what the company say about replacing the freon. I have called American home shield a total of 25 times in the last week to try to get this situation taken care of. Me as a consumer OF THEIR WARRANTY, it is their responsibility to make me whole on my AC unit after only 6 months with a new compressor. I'm also not believing that freon on a compressor which is only 6 months old cannot be vacuumed down and recovered as that is the normal procedure for replacing a Compressor.
They informed me that the freon cannot be reused because the company, AUS air, who came out 1st caused the compressor to short out by running it with a loose piston in it. Meanwhile, I have had to go and spend $400 on fans and A window unit to try to cool the house down enough for us to live. Please assist me in getting American home shield to do what I am paying for. I have been with them for over 6 years and do not deserve this kind of treatment.
American home shield wants me to spend $1600 on freon in 6 months and that is not fair. As of July 6th, I had to go ahead and pay the $720 for the freon because the heat is unbearable. I need reimbursement from AUS air or American Homeshield companies.
those are the ones who caused my compressor to short out ruining the freon that was in the system. If they had not grounded the compressor out, I could have reused that freon again
