This is the only raw dog food my dog will eat, so I have no issues with the quality. The problem is their order fulfillment is nightmare.
I've placed 4 large orders with A Pup Above and it has been wrong three times. Once I ordered 4 7lb bags of food and they only sent me one, even though the receipt and label state 4 bags. Once their system glitched and told me there was an error when I placed an order (but placed it anyway) resulting in a duplicate order that they do not allow returns or refunds for (so I overspent my budget by $300 for the month).
Twice they have included the wrong flavor of dog food and I've just been stuck with it, because, once again, they don't accept returns or issue refunds. Absolute nightmare of an order fulfillment system they have over there, but good dog food...
User's recommendation: Purchase it in a physical store instead of online if you have the option.
Need to cancel my subscription

- My Siberrian Husky won't eat the food, despite trying every variety.
- Online customer service was hard to reach and took about 20 minutes.
Once I was able to talk to a customer service representative, my problem was resolved. The customer service representative was very professional, had excellent communication skills, and she is an asset to the company.
When I tried to send an email through the online site,I could type in the information, but there was no “send” option that Icould find. So I finally found the customer service phone number, left amessage, and when they called me back, the problem was resolved.
Im sorry, but my Siberrian Husky wont eat the food. Ive tried each variety with no success.
My negative review is only because trying to contact customer service online didnt work for me until after 20 minutes of attempts.

Hard to get delivery and impossible to reach anyone at the company if you have any problems. Product is great IF you get it, incentives offer great discounts, but it can be a hassle to deal with this company. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, it could be growing pains of a small startup or more of an ongoing thing I dont know!
