I signed up for a free sample for a product. I did not sign up for a subscription and read the terms of service agreement because Ive been burned before.
Nowhere is there mention of subscription.
However, they have a very limited return window so I am stuck paying on something I dont want. Disgusting!

Got the little eye serum for 4.95, cancelled 10 days later as it was a cheap knock off of the Dollar Store variety. They sent another bottle and charged me $99.95.
Hard to contact, no one answers the phone. Lousy firm and they should be put in jail.

My mother has stage 4 lung cancer and her husband just died. Then today in the mail she gets a package from your company.
She never ordered this and I will be at the bank in the morning. If you have taken my mom's money from her account then the money should be returned to her account.
SHE DID NOT ORDER THIS AND HER MONEY BETTER BE RETURNED. I will be contacting the bank and her lawyer on Monday.

I thought I was going to get a sample!!!

I had just gotten over pneumonia. I got on their site and I thought I was going to get a sample!
Then I got my bank statement! They charged me 99.00 for what I think was the sample. Then a bottle that was just a little bigger for 129.00. I live on social security, there is no way I can afford to pay.
So I called and ask if they could give me my money back. NOPE! Almost forgot this happened 2-13-2019. I have no one.
