To stop Celluage charge and delivery.
Your representative was a jerk. He was amused with my issues.
I just wanted my order to stop.
I never agreed to a monthly subscription for anything and yet I am being charged for it. Please make it stop and fire the *** that answers your calls.

I received 2 packages with some product called cell gica by clinical skin care which I never ordered. And I have been sent the product twice and been charged for it. I don't want it nor do I want to pay for it

Will not refund for an item I did not order. I got a package I didn't order. Now I have been billed for it and can't get a refund.

Terrible and deceptive
I signed up for a free sample for a product. I did not sign up for a subscription and read the terms of service agreement because Ive been burned before.
Nowhere is there mention of subscription.
However, they have a very limited return window so I am stuck paying on something I dont want. Disgusting!

Quit charging me
It said pay shipping, now they keep sending additional products and charging my account $100. I want it stopped immediately and of course no one answers the phone. BEWARE!

Got product I never ordered
I received in the mail by USPS 9400 1`112 025* 5076 26** ** yesterday, November 29, 2020 to products by Cello Gica, which I never ordered. I don't know who is going to pay for this, but it sure isn't me,
Preferred solution: Take back the items I was sent at your expense.

Total Scammer, Fraud, Disgraceful Company
Got the little eye serum for 4.95, cancelled 10 days later as it was a cheap knock off of the Dollar Store variety. They sent another bottle and charged me $99.95.
Hard to contact, no one answers the phone. Lousy firm and they should be put in jail.

Did not order this
My mother has stage 4 lung cancer and her husband just died. Then today in the mail she gets a package from your company.
She never ordered this and I will be at the bank in the morning. If you have taken my mom's money from her account then the money should be returned to her account.
SHE DID NOT ORDER THIS AND HER MONEY BETTER BE RETURNED. I will be contacting the bank and her lawyer on Monday.

I thought I was going to get a sample!!!
I had just gotten over pneumonia. I got on their site and I thought I was going to get a sample!
Then I got my bank statement! They charged me 99.00 for what I think was the sample. Then a bottle that was just a little bigger for 129.00. I live on social security, there is no way I can afford to pay.
So I called and ask if they could give me my money back. NOPE! Almost forgot this happened 2-13-2019. I have no one.

I called of course. I'm very upset with this company.
I just wanted to let you know that like I said I m on social security. I didn't know what I was getting into. By the grace of God I was left with 3.00. At least my checks aren't bouncing.

I thought I was getting a trial! That's when you try something then if you like it, you can order more!
