Run as fast as you can from this guy/company - Alex Predolac
The same thing has happened to me. I am currently filing a law suit against him.
He took $24,000 deposit for custom Italian doors we wanted in our condo in Ft Lauderdale. He stated he needed the money because he had to place the custom order for the doors. He signed the work agreement with us in May 2015 stating that the complete work would take 4-6 weeks (he did a lot of other thing in our condo, some of which is still not completed along with the doors). As of today Nov 26th, no doors and work not completed.
Continuous lies and broken promises. This guy is the definition of SLEEZE.

I would approve it if you file your complaint against the right contractor.Im sorry you have a problem with your contractor . All my Work is under warranty & guaranteed.
We do not do any work in Florida . We have never had a legal complaint in 40 years of loyal service.I would appreciate it if you correct your complaint to the proper contractor thank you.

Alexander Predolac
If you are thinking about hiring Alexandar Predolac (AKA: Aleksandar Predolac) from Delray Beach, Florida to do your kitchen cabinets or any contractor work around your house, think twice!. Even though this guy sounds very legitimate and sincere when we first met him, he is a big player!!!
He took our deposit money and never started the job as promised. He lied to us and made false promises until we finally decided that he cannot be trusted. We demanded our deposit money back because he failed to fulfill his part of the deal and it was like a nightmare! He kept lying to us, ignored us, never answered his phone or replied to messages, and finally he stopped communicating with us altogether.
I almost gave up on seeing my money again! After 3 months, I was eventually able to get my money back only after involving the police department and having to serve him a 7 days notice to pay or be charged with grand theft. This guy has different companies that he is associated with including “Euclide Construction, Inc”; “Luxury Construction, LLC”.; and “The kitchen Warehouse, Inc”.
My take home message is just to remember not to judge people by their look!!! And report any illegal activities to the police department without any hesitation!!!
I am currently in the same exact situation with this man. He has made numerous promises to give us our money back, even coming back to our home, giving us a check and then upon cashing it bounced.
I am so beyond frustrated!!! Did you ever get financial resolution??
