Arrangement wilted next day. Sent pictures. Many promises to redeliver. Promises of an upgrade - along with chocolates. Sheesh!!! Then promised to refund our son - who sent the flowers. Never happened. Finally figured out it was Teleflora who sourced the order to this florist. Had lengthy conversation with them. Sincerely double they will use them again. Totally Unscrupulous

A Passion for Flowers...do not use

My family members in another state ordered a Christmas arrangement through FTD. The local company, A Passion For Flowers delivered them. They were dead upon arrival. I called them and had to leave a message. Seven days later, after Christmas, she called back. She tried to make excuses. I sent her pictures of the dead arrangement and she said she'd look into it. I never heard back from her. She was unapologetic and did not even try to remedy the situation. My family placed the order expecting a quality arrangement and that was not what they received. I have tried to call her back, but her voice mail is full and I have yet to hear from her. Buyer beware.

Wow! Exact same experience here. Many promises - no results.

Spoke With Teleflora about them. Pretty sure they won't use them again
