A Hammer For Hire

We had a storm come threw last year. He came in saying how great he was and how fast he could get the job done.

He didnt do anything like he siad he would do. Worst job i ever seen. His so called professionals left nails, shingles and other building materials laying around I had to clean it up myself and now my roof is leaking and he wont return my emails or phone calls. Dont ever use this crook!!!

He ripped so many people off in the town it;s unreal. There's a petion going around town to make sure he won;t be able to work in this town agian!

The roof leaks he refuses to fix it. Says he will give us an estimate to get it fixed.

What happened to the 5 year warranty? He will not do anything to fix anything the gutters are falling off he refuses to fix them to saying its not his problem. Guess that because the ck cleared stay away from this crook. I have read a lot of complaints against this guy.

Even tried to file one with the BBB but they refused my report for some reason.

I read a story on the net how the BBB refuses 60 percent of the reports filed, that's a bunch of *** if you ask me. Mean while I have to call another contractor to fix the roof and gutters stay away from Scott Bakhit

Scott bakhit is not professional. he will take your money and run.

on our home he did a roofing and siding job that is sloppy and filled with errors and amistakes. when you ask him for a fix up, he will ignore you and threaten your family like he did mine. Stay clear of a hammer for hire scott bakhit. he has a judgement for forcible entry and bankfupcies.

he has harmed many people and screwed over several omaha busniess people.

bad news. he and a woman named cindy jacobsen are posting fake reviews of a hammer for hire all over the internet computer.

Stay away from this guy. He uses the cheapest materials out there.

If you complain about his work he gets very aggressive and makes every excuse not to fix anything. If you already hired him, you should fire him or hire someone to inspect his work before you pay him. Once that check clears your screwed. Your better of spending a few hundred bucks hire an inspector to com check his work out before you pay him.

But if you haven't hired him throw his fake flyer in the trash and call someone else. He will lie and cheat to get what he wants.

This guy is no good stay away and if you already hired him do not give him any money till your 100 percent satisfied. He warrenty only last till the check clears.

He is an ex ***. If I would have checked hiw out better I would never have hired him. I read some good reviews about him but now i realize those are all fake. Should be against the law for companies to place fake reviews like that.

If you file a complaint against this guy DO NOT let him know who you are just read what he writes about people that complain about his *** work. My advice if you hired this guy FIRE HIM NOW!

In 2011, Bakhit commissioned me to create a logo, slogan, bio, copywriting, graphic design, website, legal contracts, advertising & online video commercial - entire marketing image, in a contract witnessed by a third party. Instead, of being a stand-up businessman, Bakhit verbally threatened me. "I am going to get you blacklisted from youtube.com." And, "I am going to come over and remove the garage door off your home," a gift he had given me. Bakhit & sorry cohort Cindy Charon-Jacobsen Arlington NE launched an ongoing defamation/libel campaign against my business online with bogus "reviews," using fake names and degrading my work. The irony is that Bakhit loves my work so much - he can't part with it!

Fearing wrath, I let him keep the website, and "use" a low-resolution copy proof of the logo (I never gave him a full resolution copy of logo 'cause I sensed he would renege on contract). I also let him "use rent-free" and embed Stern PR Video for A hammer For Hire- on his website home page. I added my copyright to it - for non-payment. When Bakhit uploaded my video all over the internet, I sent him notice. "Pay up or take down." He then verbally threatened to make my life miserable. He demanded I send him the logo files. I replied, "pay up or you get nada."

I blocked Bakhit from calling/texting. Bakhit has tried to "SEND ME A MESSAGE" like a mobster want-a-be. Two days ago, he obessively phoned my best friend three times in one hour. She purposely did not answer. Bakhit had his son phone another best friend of mine. She would not - give Bakhit the time of day. The mode-of-operation of Scott A. Bakhit in the past - has been to USE people as a conduit to threaten and bully into submission.

I have a top Omaha corporate attorney on stand by should I decide to file a defamation and breach of contract lawsuit. That said, I prefer to just turn the cheek, so I never have to see this horrible human being/thug ever again. Notice, if the online defamation continues, and the harassment does not end - I shall not hesitate to take legal action. One more libelous move Bakhit, and the video on my youtube channel is coming down - forever.

I believe in standing up for my rights. Protect my copyright work. I will not let this bonafide crook with a criminal record bully me into submission - anymore. I just want to be left alone.

Scott Bakhit is a dangerous individual. Imagine waking up every day lately in fear, and having to find more malicious reviews of my business - my bread-and-butter authored by Bakhit & Charon-Jacobsen. I admit one mistake, I SHOULD HAVE listened to ALL the people who came to me - warning me - long ago that Scott A. Bakhit is a crook. Go away Bakhit. You are a user & loser.

Scott Bakhit did our roof along with a bunch of others after a hail storm came threw. Well the roof isn't even 2 years old yet and the shingles are falling off.

So we called his reply was that well it's not my problem you had wind. Well yeah it's Nebraska of course there is wind. So we called the insurance company they wont cover it because it should be under warranty. They also said that the shingles were not properly installed and that is the reason 35 mile an hour winds rip them off.

So I called the manufacture and they too confirmed that they were not properly installed. So yet another call to Scott Bakhit. He still refuses to do anything about it. Called the BBB but they can't do anything budget cuts and all.

So here I sit with *** in my roof for the last month. We had a storm come threw sense then now my ceilings will need to be replaced.

Do not ever hire this crook.

If you look at his pics it looks as if he's driving down the street see's a house and snaps a pic. No one takes pics that far away.

a real company has before and after pics not just after pics. He has some videos out there tah are from far away and at angles and most of it is just alittle blury so you can't really tell what it looks like.

IM A LOW LIFE. Better look in the mirror. I never threatened a 70 year old man like you did and yes i have witnesses. I wasn't the one who absolutely refused to fix any of those mistakes on the house that was you. All you got to do is go back and fix those mistakes i pointed out to you and i'll gladly recant(means to take back) everything that i have said i'll even make sure that negative report on the BBB goes away.
