Poor Quality Repairs and Parts

I paid them $330 to repair my oven only to have the parts go bad after 111 days. They only warranty them for 90 days. They overcharged me for the repair and used cheap parts. Furthermore, they will not give you the courtesy of a return phone call! Do not use this business!

Preferred solution: They should have warned me that the parts could fail. They should have at least followed up to find out why the parts failed after only 110 days.
