Dispute Funds took out my Account False Advertising

Hello my Name is Renee Hart, I need to Dispute these Transactions From This Merchant due to Them False advertising an also Them not having my approval to take my deposits 1. March 10,2022 For $400.00 2.March 15,2022 For $885.00 I have Contacted Abetter bid on Several Occasions The have been Very Disrespectful an Unprofessional an it's sad that I have to go through anything like this trying to provide for my family I didn't get anything from them an the items I got charged for was not what I wanted I am a very unsatisfied customer , an I think of you pay for something it should be what you want not what the want to give you .all i want is my funds Returned an i hope its better luck for others with that Company Abetter Bid.com Thanks , Sincerely Renee Hart
