Update, owner did finally call after seeing the reviews I posted. After some confusing energy from him he finally told me he wanted to make it right.

He stated that the post warping was not covered by warranty but would do the labor at no charge. He quoted $22 for the post and a few dollars for the cement. He did the work as promised and I have yet to get a bill for the materials.

It looks good now. It took a bunch of work to get their attention but in the end I’m satisfied.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RUN AWAY. Had these guys out last year to put in a small fence. Whole job was under $2000. One month after completing the job a post began warping and pulling the nails out. Entire fence began leaning. Gate dragging on the ground. I contacted the company and they told me that they will send somebody out at some point but would not schedule it. They said they would stop by at the end of the day after another job and take a look at it and to please be patient. Months later I called them again and left a message because they had never stopped by. No return phone call. Couple months go by and I contact them again. They ask that I please send photos. I sent photos and nobody contacted me. Sent them another letter asking them why they had such a horrible customer service and why they won't help me. I got crickets. One year later I am contacting them one last time. Going to take them to small claim court if no response. Also...I noticed the owner responds to good reviews on Google. I wonder if *** respond to this this Review. He certainly wont respond to my pleas for help.
