Poor customer service and inferior merchandise.

Are they Jonathan & Carlos Appliances or A & R Quality Appliance? They have the same kind of complaints for bad service under both names. Bought a used fridge off of them and it broke after only 3 days. You have to go onto Facebook to ask them for their number since it is not listed anywhere which should have set off a red flag. Telling the owner 4 times to make sure the handles were moved to the right and have it delivered still not done. Owner is arrogant on the phone when you have a complaint about his "quality" appliance failing, have to take a lot of time explaining to him since he obviously does not keep any records of sales. He tells you to call back at a certain time and then does not answer the phone or respond to messages. Very unprofessional and poorly run outfit.
