Live pd cancellation
Since the cancellation of Live PD I have nothing further viewing of the A and E network. I believe A and E should apologize for their ignorant decision and bring back live pd. Until then I will not watch anything on A and E network.
User's recommendation: Boycott A and E network.

Unwanted black box on screen
I have had a black box covering my tv screen for the past 6 days. This only happens on the E-tv channel. This is very frustrating,to say the least. It is an ad for Openview which I do not even have,yet it appears on my screen. Come on E-tv, I expected better frOm you. I live in the Beaufort West district, Western Cape.

Too Violent for 7 AM
I cannot understand why they would air such a violent program at 7 in the morning while the parents are getting ready for work and the kids ready for school. I was appalled when one of my relatives turned on the show "Dog The Bounty Hunter," which is has too much violence for an early morning. There has been some controversy in regards of racism and run-ins with the law. The language is so bad that every five seconds the censor goes off and there are too many violent scenes. My relative got fed up and changed the channel back to the news program he was watching. Let's try to cut the violence and language until people are asleep.

A&E - terrible service
Called Sears for repair on a dishwasher. Of course they will not give a specfic time, I had tobe home between 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Took a half day off work. Got a call from a man who identified himself from A&E who could barely speak english. I asked if he was from Sears - YEH YEH SEARS, in his broken english, which I asked him to repeat several times, he told me he was an hour away and that my dishwasher would need a new pump, unless I was willing to spend $459.00 he did not want to drive the hour. I asked how he could know that without ever looking at the dishwasher. I just know, he said do "I no come out unless you spend $459.00". I told him to forget it. I was furious, when I spoke to Sears, they could care less. Won't use or buy from them again.

A & E Factory Services
We scheduled an appointment with A&E to have our GE refrigerator repaired. We had to go with them because GE contracts with them for their extended warranties. The time of arrival for a tech was between 8:00am to 5:00pm. They said there was no way to give a more specific time. We stayed home the entire day waiting for someone to show up. At 4:30pm I called their 800 number. The rep told me they would send a message for the tech to call me. No one did. The next day I called to lodge a complaint and was told the tech came to the house and no one was home! I asked what time the tech said he "showed" up and they wouldn't or couldn't give me the time. They didn't show up then lied about it. I don't want these people working on my appliances. I'll find a more reputable company to repair my appliance and pay for it myself. Learn from my mistake and don't purchase an extended warranty on a GE appliance if A&E is the ones who handle the repairs.

A & E has terrible customer service!
A & E has made me so mad that I will never use them again. In brief.... after calling them to fix my refrigerator, they say they need a part that they don't have and schedule to come back in 6 days. Then, they confirm the appt., but cancel because the part has not arrived. Fine.. Then they reschedule for two days from then in which time I receive the part at my home. They day before they call to confirm and ask me to call and reschedule if I do not have the part. I DO have part and do not cancel and for the second time in a week reschedule 4 hours of my day to wait for them to come and fix my refrigerator. After 3 hours at home, I call them to get a more specific time in which time they tell me that they are not coming because I don't have the part. I do have the part and am waiting for them to come. Sorry they say, we can't come today, we will reschedule. Who do they think they are! Do they not understand that people have jobs and can't take 12 hours off work in a week to wait for them! How dare they... I'm sooooo pissed and will never call them again. I have called the store that I bought all my appliances from and complained. I will also write a letter. Do NOT use A&E Facotry Repair Service!
