No show transportation service Medicab company paid by medicaid
This company is state wide managing multiple hubs including 2 in my area. The brake down thru lines of communication is in great disrepair.the company is unreliable, late and do no communicate.
This is the second time I've had to use them and they have an app that doesn't really function and is more of a virus that has very little to do with transportation service.
They are a company that take on rides last minute or from distance or services do not provide with the medicaid rides.also i recieved a reminder all the night before which is more them most local medicab providers. keep in contact the company could use team building and communication training and better trained dispatchers not just anyone can do the job

Preferred solution: I think things like this help the company grow and function like a whole with effective lines of communication that keep them prosperous I missed my Dr appointment and the ride was paid they Medicaid
