I was ripped of on overpaying in advance for a service not delivered and bogus warranty contract.
We received A Advanced Chimney Services on January 26 for a free estimate.
Denise Reeves, the owner, knew I was under pressure as it was raining that week, and taking advantage of the situation she estimated the job in $2,500 but then offered me a discount to bring down the price to $1,200 if I pay the full amount in advance. Trusting her I agreed to pay in advance the amount of $1,200 but weirdly I was charged for the amount of $1,248.
On our verbal contract A Advanced Chimney Services commited to provided me with the following repair services:
a) Two service visits, the first one to apply a temporary seal that would prevent the water from coming in.
b) The second visit to fix the Chimney, including the removal of stones and the exposure of the frame for replacement of part of the wood, the filling up the cracks between the rest of the stones, the top Crown base remake, and the installation of a counter flashing.
A Advance Chimney Service only come the next day and stayed for around 30 minutes applying the temporary seal but never returned for the second visit as verbally agreed. Instead Denise Reeves, the owner called me on Feb 04 asking me for extra money in the amount of $2,500 in order to fix the Chimney. Denise Reeves said that the $1,246 charged on my Bank Account was only for the temporary seal which is outrageous.
Over the phone I told Denise and her contractor, "Overtime I will recover from this money loss, but you need your reputation to work and that is not so easily recoverable." That is why is so important to make others aware of cases like this. I work for a very well known company in the Gwinnett/Snellville - Walton/Monroe area.
I am warning co-workers, friends, family and churches about A Advance Chimney Services LLC.
Denise Reeves failed on emailing the estimate and the 7-14 years warranty papers upon advanced payment of $1,200 as promised over the phone.
Post-Job Quality Inspection done on 2/11/2023 shows that only a temporary seal was applied on the crown base and around the chimney, clearly not worth of $1,248.

I am gathering documents and getting ready to take Denise Reeves to the courts.
According with reviews online A Advanced Chimney Services LLC have been sued before and settled out of court, probably to avoid a negative public record. But I intend to get a judge rulling on this case.
Based on my investigation A Advanced Chimney Service LLC is not Certified or Insured.
Based on the results of my research I don't recomend this company specially to elderly people, if in doubt research online reviews online.
On my case specifically I believe Denise Reeves was encouraged by my foreign accent not knowing I am a full naturalized American living in this country for over 23 years.
