Horrible Customer Service

The owner of this business does not stand by his word. We were told we could have the sofa in our space to see if it fit with our home, and if not, that it could be returned. We called after 2 days and said we wanted to return it because it was just too big for our space. The employee we spoke with said that would be fine and he would arrange a pick-up. Then the owner went back on the employee's word and is refusing to accept the return. No refund, no store credit. Horrible way to do business, horrible customer service, and I would never spend a penny in that store again.

I have many items from that store in my condo. They are still beautiful after a couple of years and many compliments come my way.

No wonder the *** is deciding to remain anonymous! He's not telling the truth! He must have buyers' remorse!
