Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. After lengthy delay, the item ordered was received..

My order has never been fulfilled. I have written numerous times and received no response. The " Tracking Number" appears to be non existent.

They stated 7-10 business days for delivery. After 3 weeks I ordered from somewhere else. I cancelled order but it still arrived 2 wks later. I was told they would issue a refund a month ago. Now they wont answer my emails

969mall scam

969mall sent Blue Ray x-files DVDs instead of digital. They have ignored 6 emails to return or exchange them. I had received answers to previous emails concerning the dvds coming from China and taking a month to arrive, thus missing being the Christmas gift I intended. I don't know why you insist on 100 words when fewer stated the situation clearly. 969mall had been prompt and courteous before the incorrect dvds arrived. I think they have not intention of honoring their 100% customer satisfaction they claim on their website. the following are just words to make up the needleess verbage required to submit a review. k I e iih ih ih wi ioriutio oi iw I iwh I fiah boj iir oie
